The mission of the Canadian Afro-CARICOM Business Trade Association is to foster a robust and mutually beneficial economic partnership between Canada, African countries, and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
The Canadian Afro-CARICOM Business Trade Association aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Promote Economic Integration: The association is dedicated to fostering economic integration between Canada, African countries, and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) by facilitating trade and investment partnerships and creating a conducive environment for business collaboration and growth.
- Support Businesses: The association is committed to supporting the growth, development, and success of businesses across Canada, African countries, and the Caribbean. This includes providing resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy for the interests of businesses within the member regions.
- Enhance Bilateral Relations: The association seeks to strengthen bilateral relations between Canada, African countries, and CARICOM member states through regular leader-level engagements, ministerial meetings, and senior official level discussions. These interactions will serve to advance overarching priorities, address common challenges, and guide the implementation of trade and investment initiatives, thereby fostering a durable and mutually beneficial partnership.
